PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered October 20, 2017, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to September 16, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed (see 22 NYCRR 1250.7 [g] [1]).

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
