Upon due consideration of petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed February 16, 2023, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the March 13, 2023, Los Angeles, California Trial Session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner is directed on or before April 3, 2023, to confer with respondent and provide to respondent all of her documents that she wishes to rely upon at trial. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are directed on or before April 18, 2023, to file with the Court a joint written report as to the then current status of this case. Petitioner is advised that if she does not make any efforts in the next 60 days, the Court will entertain a motion from respondent.
