ORDER OF DISMISSAL

Upon consideration of Defendants-Appellants Daniel Y. Lee and Juliet O. Lee's motion to dismiss their appeal, the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears that the parties have settled the underlying dispute and have agreed to the dismissal of this appeal with the parties to bear their own attorneys' fees and costs. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Appellants' motion to dismiss appeal is granted, and this appeal is dismissed pursuant to HRAP Rule 42(b). The parties shall bear their own attorneys' fees and costs.
