An appeal having been taken to this Court from an interim order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 19, 2023, said interim order, inter alia, having directed defendant to vacate the marital residence by February 1, 2023, granted plaintiff exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence, required defendant pay 100% of all carrying costs of the marital residence, and set forth a schedule for parenting time, And defendant-appellant having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid order pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
