PRESENT:

Respondents Christopher L. Jacobs, as Erie County Clerk and Willmer Fowler, Jr., in his capacity as Pistol Permit Supervisor, Erie County Clerk's office having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jeremy C. Toth, Esq., dated December 17, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that Christopher L. Jacobs and Willmer Fowler, Jr.'s brief is filed and served on or before January 21, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that reply briefs to the aforementioned respondents' brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before February 5, 2016.
