Due to inadvertent clerical error, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case on September 27, 2021, due to petitioners' alleged failure to pay the filing fee, even though the filing fee was paid by petitioners on August 28, 2021, and this case was closed. The foregoing considered and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered on September 27, 2021, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioners shall file a proper amended petition, is extended to Nov ember 29, 2021. See Tax Court Rule 34(b)(4) and (5). If, by Nov ember 15, 2021, no amended petition is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
