WRIT DENIED. This court declines to exercise its supervisory jurisdiction. The criteria set forth in Herlitz Constr. Co., Inc. v. Hotel Investors of New Iberia, Inc., 396 So.2d 878 (La. 1981) (per curiam) are not met.

McDonald, J., dissents and would have granted the writ and vacated the trial court's January 3, 2018 judgment denying the motion to compel filed by defendant and remanded the matter to the trial court with instructions to require plaintiffs to execute and provide to defendants a declaration, signed under penalty of perjury, affirming that they have provided to their counsel all social networking site information (or access to it) requested by defendants in Request for Production number 18.
