Motion by the appellant Maimonides Medical Center to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered October 27, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until October 28, 2011, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
