An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about May 12, 2023,

And petitioner-appellant having moved for an order, pending the hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, staying the aforesaid Family Court order to the extent it permitted respondent to relocate the subject child, directing respondent to return to live in New York City with the subject child, or, in the alternative, reinstating the temporary visitation provisions set forth in a Family Court order entered on or about September 16, 2021, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is denied in all respects.
