DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered January 10, 2014, and from orders of the same court entered January 30, 2014 and March 20, 2014. By letters dated June 24, 2014, appellants' counsel seeks to withdraw the appeals from the final judgment and from the order dated January 30, 2014.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated March 20, 2014 is dismissed on the ground that appellants are not aggrieved by the order, which imposed sanctions upon their attorney (CPLR 5511; Scopelliti v Town of New Castle, 92 NY2d 944 [1988]; Kennedy Plaza, LLC v Powell, 11 Misc 3d 132[A], 2006 NY Slip Op 50355[U] [App Term, 2d & 11th Jud Dists 2006]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeals from the final judgment and from the order dated January 30, 2014 are marked withdrawn.
