ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

On March 1, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. This case was called from the calendar during the Court's March 4, 2024, Salt Lake City, Utah trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed March 1, 2024, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before April 3, 2024, show cause in writing why respondent's motion should not be granted.

Petitioner is advised that the failure to respond to this Order to Show Cause could result in the dismissal of the case and entry of decision as requested in respondent's motion.
