STEVEN CHIN & LINA MAK-CHIN, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones, Judge

This case is scheduled for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on September 19, 2022, for New York, New York. On August 23, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 8). Upon further review, we identified an error in the caption of the filed document. Specifically, the latter portion of petitioner-wife's last name is repeated. Accordingly, the parties will need to file a corrected proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on September 19, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed August 23, 2022, is hereby stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 30, 2022, the parties shall file a corrected proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
