On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 3, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F04-52210-J. Dismiss.

Before Justices WRIGHT, MOSELEY, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Vincent Vernard Chiles pleaded guilty to the offense of burglary of a habitation and true to two enhancement paragraphs. The trial judge sentenced appellant to thirty years' confinement. The trial court's rule 25.2(d) certification states that appellant waived his right to appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 25.2(d). The certification is supported by the documents before the Court. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex.Crim.App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
