On February 16, 2023, a Proposed Stipulated Decision was stricken from the record in the above-docketed matter because it appeared not to comply with Rule 23(a)(3), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, insofar as it reflected contact information that did not correspond with that of the attorney signing for respondent. However, on April 19, 2023, the same Proposed Stipulated Decision was resubmitted.
Accoringly, the premises considered, it is ORDERED that the just-referenced document filed April 19, 2023, is hereby stricken from the record.
