    In Childress v. Currie, an exception to the rule that an unrestricted power of attorney creates a confidential relationship was made. Childress v. Currie, No. W1999-00471-COA-R3-CV, 2000 WL 1035952, at *6 (Tenn.Ct.App. May 15, 2000). The undisputed, pertinent fact in Childress which led to the exception was that the defendant had no knowledge of the power of attorney until after execution of the will.
