ORDER
By letter dated October 17, 2016, court reporter Vielica Dobbins has informed us that she has not filed the record because she is "awaiting for payment arrangements to be made." Appellants' docketing statement, however, reflects payment arrangements had been made as of the date of filing, April 13, 2016. Because this appeal cannot proceed without the reporter's record, which was originally due May 13, 2016, we ORDER appellants to file, no later than November 3, 2016, written confirmation they have paid or made arrangements to pay the reporter's fee. If they have made arrangements to pay the fee, appellants shall further provide the payment schedule. We caution appellants that failure to comply may result in submission of the appeal without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Dobbins and the parties.
