ORDER

Upon due consideration of the Motion to Remand, filed July 12, 2024, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals. It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall offer petitioners an administrative hearing at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than October 22, 2024. It is further

ODERED that, on or before November 12, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report regarding the then-present status of this case, attaching thereto a copy of any supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioners. It is further

ORDERED that the Motion for Continuance is granted in that this case is stricken from the Court's October 28, 2024, Tampa, Florida trial session, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
