Gen. No. 9,780. (Abstract of Decision.)
Opinion filed September 3, 1942
FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGES, § 215 — discretion in disapproval of sale. Where a stranger to foreclosure proceedings bid $16,500 for property at a master's sale and the property had a fair cash market value of $34,500, the chancellor had a broad discretion in approving sales by a master, which, unless abused, would not be interfered with on review, and an order disapproving the report of sale and ordering a resale was affirmed.
