APPEAL AND ERROR, § 2016remand, obedience to directions. After Supreme Court has entered order of reversal, the only question which may thereafter come before the Appellate Court is whether trial court has followed out the mandate, and directions set forth in Chicago Title Trust Co. v. Chief Wash Co., 368 Ill. 146, were followed where trial court overruled defendant's motion to strike petition, found for plaintiff for trustee's tee's costs, fees and solicitor's fees, approved final account of trustee, accepted resignation of trustee and appointed successor, and dismissed foreclosure proceedings.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. JOHN J. LUPE, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in third division, first district, this court at October term, 1939.
