(Syllabus.)
1. United States — States — Cession of Dominion Over Ft. Sill Military Reservation to U.S. Government — Reserved Rights of State.
The state of Oklahoma in ceding dominion to the United States Government over the Ft. Sill Military Reservation was authorized to attach such conditions as it saw fit, so long as they were not inconsistent with the use of the land for the intended purpose.
2. Same — Taxation — Reserved Right of State to Serve Process and to Tax Corporate Property.
Exclusive jurisdiction over the Ft. Sill Military Reservation was ceded to the United States by the state of Oklahoma by the act of 1913, with the reservation of the right to serve civil and criminal process and the right to tax railroad and other corporate property.

Action by the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway Company against Iona C. Satterfield, county treasurer. Judgment for defendant, and plaintiff appeals. Affirmed.

The facts in this case are the same as in the case of the Chicago, Rock Island Pacific Railway Company, a Corporation, Plaintiff in Error, v. Iona C. Satterfield, as County Treasurer. Defendant in Error, 135 Okla. 183, 275 P. 303, and upon the authority of that case the judgment of the trial court in this case is affirmed
