Chicago Insurance Company v. Lopez

Supreme Court of Florida
May 22, 1968
210 So. 2d 214 (Fla. 1968)

Opinion

No. 37107.

May 22, 1968.

Writ of Certiorari to the Florida Industrial Commission.

Wicker, Smith, Pyszka, Blomqvist Davant and John F. McMath, Miami, for petitioner.

Ellis Rubin Law Offices, Miami Beach, Patrick H. Mears, Tallahassee, and J. Franklin Garner, Lakeland, for respondents.

We have examined the record and briefs and have heard oral argument. We find that in entering the order under attack the respondent Commission did not depart from the essential requirements of the law. The petition for writ of certiorari is therefore denied.

It is so ordered.

CALDWELL, C.J., ROBERTS, ERVIN and ADAMS, JJ., and SPECTOR, District Court Judge, concur.
