AGREED JUDGMENT ORDER
HON. STEVEN C. SEEGAR, JUDGE.
This matter coming to be heard by agreement of the Parties for entry of an agreed judgment order.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. This court has jurisdiction over the subject matter herein and the parties hereto.
2. A Judgment is entered against the Defendant, Regal Builders I, LLC in the total amount of $377,910.87.
3. That the amount referred to above, represents fringe benefit contributions for the months of June 2022 through December 2022, liquidated damages, interest, attorney fees, and costs.
4. This Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the terms of this Judgment Order.
