STATEMENT IN SUPPORT OF ENTRY OF JUDGMENT

I, Raymond J. Sanguinetti, in support of the Parties Motion for Entry of an Agreed Judgment states as follows:
1. I am an attorney who was retained by the Defendant, Regal Builders I, LLC in the above captioned matter.
2. I have personal knowledge of the facts of the case and have spoken to the principle of Regal Builders I, LLC, Mr. Marcelo Spiesz, regarding the entry of an agreed judgment order against Regal Builders I, LLC and in favor of the Plaintiffs.
3. After consultation with Mr. Spiesz, it is understood and agreed that the entry of an agreed judgment order against Regal Builders I, LLC is the most appropriate and cost-effective way to resolve the pending litigation.
4. Regal Builders I, LLC agrees to the entry of a judgment against it in the total amount of $377,910.87.
5. Regal Builders I, LLC has reviewed the proposed agreed judgment order and confirms that it should be entered by this Court and judgment should be entered against Regal Builders I, LLC in favor of the Plaintiffs in the total amount of $377,910.87.
6. I certify that the foregoing is within my personal knowledge.
