MEMORANDUM OPINION
This is an appeal from a judgment signed March 20, 2019. On October 22, 2020, the parties filed an amended agreed motion to dismiss this appeal pursuant to a settlement agreement. The parties attached a redacted copy of their settlement agreement to their motion to dismiss. The parties request that this court set aside the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits and remand the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B). The motion is granted.
We further order appellant's supersedeas bond number 107074976 released from the registry of the court and discharge Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of American from any further obligations on the bond.
The appeal is dismissed, the trial court's judgment is set aside without regard to the merits, and the case is remanded the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' agreement. The supersedeas bond is released and the surety is discharged.
