DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to August 30, 2019. It is noted that no further extensions of time will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
