IT IS ORDERED that the opinion herein filed on October 28, 2014, 230 Cal.App.4th 1315;___ Cal.Rptr.3d ___ be modified as follows and the petition for rehearing is DENIED:

1. In the first sentence of the first full paragraph on page 22 [230 Cal.App.4th 1340, advance report, 2d par., line 1], change “Harold” to “Russell”.

This modification does not effect a change in the judgment.

The petition for rehearing is denied.
