ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge.

This case was stricken from the Court's March 15, 2021, Denver, Colorado, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On September 20, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report in which indicated that the parties are awaiting the expected acceptance of petitioner's offer in compromise. We will give the parties 30 days to provide a stipulated decision document to the Court. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 22, 2021, the parties shall file a stipulated decision with the Court.
