An appeal having been taken in the Appellate Division, Second Department from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, entered on or about July 28, 2022,
And the Appellate Division, Second Department, by order entered on March 15, 2023, having granted plaintiff-appellant's motion for poor person relief and assigned Tammi Pere, Esq., 155-03 Jamaica Ave., Jamaica, New York 11432 to prosecute the aforesaid appeal, And plaintiff-appellant, pro se, having moved before the Appellate Division, Second Department, for "an order to reverse, modify or vacate the Court's declining to sign [her] Order to Show Cause, to terminate [the] Court's assignment of counsel; to proceed as a poor person and to stay all other proceedings in [the Second Department] associated with [her] demand for spousal support";
And the Appellate Division, Second Department, by order entered on April 26, 2023, having transferred the aforesaid appeal and the aforesaid motion to this Court, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is
Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of relieving counsel assigned by the Appellate Division, Second Department to prosecute the appeal, and allowing petitioner-appellant to proceed pro se; the motion is otherwise denied.
