An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 05, 2021, and the appeal having been perfected, And the Rent Stabilization Association of New York City, Inc., the Community Housing Improvement Program, Inc. and the Real Estate Board of New York having moved for leave to appear as amici curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing movants to serve one copy of their amici curiae brief, in the form submitted with the moving papers, upon each party to the appeal, and to file with this Court an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of said brief, in accordance with 22 NYCRR 1250.9, within 15 days of the entry of this order.
