Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's motion for entry of decision, filed December 15, 2021, it is

ORDERED that on or before January 3, 2022, petitioner show cause in writing why respondent's motion should not be granted.

Petitioner is advised that the failure to respond to this Order to Show Cause could result in the dismissal of the case and entry of decision as requested in respondent's motion.
