Plaintiff-appellant having moved to stay the accounting proceedings and/or distribution of the remaining proceeds by the Public Administrator pending determination of plaintiff's appeals taken from orders of the Surrogate's Court, New York County, entered on or about October 13, 2017, and from same Court and Justice, entered on or about January 22, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
