THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on November 30, 2007 be modified as follows:

On page 9, in the first paragraph under heading B, on line 5, the words "Cheng's statements" are changed to "Ellis's statements" so the sentence reads:

The sole legal argument Cheng presents in his brief on appeal pertains to the trial court's conclusion that Ellis's statements were not defamatory.

There is no change in the judgment.
