DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to accept premature filing of notice of appeal and for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to accept the premature filing of the notice of appeal is granted, without costs, and the notice of appeal dated October 15, 2013 is deemed to be an appeal taken from the order of disposition, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to December 22, 2014.
