Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 19, 2020. Motion by the plaintiffs-respondents, in effect, to dismiss the appeal for failure to timely perfect or, in the alternative, to direct the appellants to serve a hard copy of the record and brief "with a time period in compliance with the Court's rules to respond to same."
