Appeal No. 425, October T., 1930, by complainant from order of the Public Service Commission of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, at Complaint Docket No. 8099, in the case of Chemical Lime Company v. The Public Service Commission of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and The Pennsylvania Railroad Company et al.

The facts are stated in the opinion of the Superior Court in the case of Centre County Lime Company, 103 Pa. Super. 179, and in the case of Centre County Lime Company et al. v. Public Service Commission, 96 Pa. Super. 590.
The commission refused reparation and dismissed the petition. Complainant appealed.
Error assigned, among others, was the order of the commission.
James C. Furst, for appellant.
Henry Wolf Bikle, and with him William F. Zearfaus, for intervening appellees.
Daniel H. Kunkel, Legal Assistant, and with him E. Everett Mather, Jr., Assistant Counsel, and John Fox Weiss, Counsel, for appellees.
Submitted December 7, 1931.
Counsel for all parties in interest stated at bar that the same, and only the same, questions are involved in this appeal as were involved in the appeal of Centre County Lime Company, 103 Pa. Super. 179.
Accordingly, for the reasons set forth at length in that opinion, this appeal is dismissed and the order of the commission affirmed.
