Appeals having been taken from judgments of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 30, 2017 and October 26, 2017, and said appeals having been perfected, And counsel for plaintiffs-respondents having moved to consolidate the aforesaid appeals only to the extent of placing the appeals for hearing together on the same date of the November 2018 Term, Now, upon reading and filing the of stipulation of the parties dated September 13, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion for consolidation is withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
