These consolidated cases were stricken from the Court's February 14, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned. On March 25, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report to which petitioners agreed with the contents of the report. Petitioners have provided the Commissioner with documents that the Commissioner is in the process of reviewing. To keep the Court informed of the status of this case, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report by May 27, 2022. In lieu of a joint status report, any party may file a status report stating that the other parties have reviewed and agreed to the content of the report.
