This case is calendared for trial at the Court's October 17, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session. On October 14, 2021, the Commissioner filed a motion to compel production of documents and a motion to compel responses to interrogatories. The Court ordered petitioners to file responses to these motions by December 14, 2021.As of this date, the Court has not received a response from petitioners. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion to compel production of documents filed October 14, 2021, is granted. The petitioners shall, by August 5, 2022, deliver to counsel for Commissioner those documents requested in the Commissioner's request for production of documents served on petitioners in July 2021. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion to compel responses to interrogatories filed October 14, 2021, is granted. The petitioners shall, by August 5, 2022,deliver to counsel for Commissioner answers to the Commissioner's interrogatories to petitioners served on petitioners in July 2021.
