KEVIN B. CHEAM & JULIE LIM, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On June 1, 2022, respondent filed in this case a Motion to Consolidate Docket Numbers 18650-17, 6783-18, 24734-18, 18050-19. That motion was improperly titled as the title does not reflect the docket number of the instant case. The Court, therefore, will recharacterize respondent's motion to consolidate.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Consolidate Docket Numbers 18650-17, 6783-18, 24734-18, 18050-1, filed June 1, 2022, is recharacterized as a Motion to Consolidate Docket Numbers 18650-17, 6783-18, 24734-18, 18050-1, 11349-20.
