ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge.

This case was calendared for hearing on the Court's November 13, 2023, Winston-Salem, NC, special trial session. The case was not called from the calendar of the trial session. After discussions with the parties, the Court has determined that it is appropriate for this case to proceed remotely.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case shall proceed remotely, and the undersigned Judge will preside over this case. It is further

ORDERED that the hearing on respondent's Motion for Judgement on the Pleading is extended to Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at a remote hearing (via Zoomgov.com) at a date and time certain of 12:00p.m. (Eastern Time). It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
