Dennis W. Montoya, MONTOYA LAW, INC., Albuquerque, NM, Attorney for Plaintiff

ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXCEED PAGE LIMITS ON PLAINTIFFS' RESPONSE TO DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

THIS MATTER is before the court on motion of the plaintiffs, by and through their attorney of record, Dennis W. Montoya, requesting leave of the Court to exceed the page limitations for Responses to motions set pursuant to DNM LR-Civ. 7.7. As grounds in support hereof, Plaintiffs state that their response exceeds the limit of twenty-four (24) pages by three (3) pages, as said response is twenty-seven (27) pages in length. Because of the numerous plaintiffs and issues, plaintiffs state, the additional three (3) pages are justified, and opposing counsel has been consulted and does not oppose the requested page limitation extension.

THE COURT BEING APPRISED in the premises, and it appearing that opposing counsel is in concurrence, the motion is hereby GRANTED.

Respectfully Submitted By:
