On April 12, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #14). That same day the parties filed a second Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #15). It appears that the joint proposed stipulated decision (Index #14) was erroneously filed because it is an exact duplicate. Accordingly, the Court will strike the joint proposed stipulated decision (Index #14) from the record.
