On January 26, 2022, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to the Taxable Year 2018 and To Strike. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 2, 2022, petitioner shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described motion to dismiss as to 2018. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the motion to dismiss as to 2018.
