WILLIAM R. CHAVEZ & REBEKAH CHAVEZ, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On September 23, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, therein the parties reference a deficiency due from petitioners for tax year 2021 in the amount of "$20,08.00". Because of this typographical error, the Court is unable to process the Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration of the above, it is

ORDERED that the parties' above-referenced Proposed Stipulated Decision is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 16, 2024, the parties shall file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision.
