By Order served April 23, 2024, the Court directed petitioner to file an Amended Petition and pay the filing fee for this case. On May 8, 2024, the Court received that Order as returned mail marked "Return to Sender - Attempted Not Known - Unable to Forward". Petitioner has failed to keep the Court informed of his current contact information, as required by the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
