In Re: Marie Gravois and Louisiana Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 632370. BEFORE: WELCH, GRAIN AND HOLDRIDGE, JJ.
WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. This writ application fails to comply with the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule 4-5(C)(8), insofar as Louisiana Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company and Marie Gravois ("Defendants/Relators") failed to include a copy of the petition. Additionally, the writ application did not contain a copy of Defendants/Relators' opposition (and attachments thereto) and the pertinent court minutes in violation of Rules 4-5(C)(9) and 4-5(C)(10), respectively. In order for this Court to examine the trial court's ruling, it must be presented with the pleadings on which the judgment was founded.
Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. Rules 4-9 and 2-18.7, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal.
In the event Defendants/Relators seek to file a new application with this Court, it must contain all pertinent documentation and must comply with Rule 2-12.2 of the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. Any new application must be filed on or before March 22, 2017 and must contain a copy of this ruling.
