ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge

On March 24, 2023, petitioner Kameron Dashaun Chatman filed two motions for summary judgment - one with attached exhibits and the other without attached exhibits. [Docs. 17 & 18] Mr. Chatman requests that the Court (1) grant his motion, (2) order the Commissioner to reclassify estimated tax payments from one tax year to another, and (3) dismiss the remainder of this case with regards to the notice of deficiency dated August 16, 2021. We will direct the Commissioner to file a response to Mr. Chatman's motion.

Upon due consideration of petitioner's motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 14, 2023, the Commissioner shall file a response to Mr. Chatman's motion for summary judgment. It is further

ORDERED that Mr. Chatman's motion for summary judgment at Doc. 17 is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
