This case is currently calendared on the Court's Houston, Texas trial session, scheduled to begin March 27, 2023.

On January 23, 2023, the Court issued an Order directing the parties to show cause why the Court should not dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction on the ground that the petition was not timely filed. The Commissioner filed his response on February 27, 2023. There was no response from petitioner Timothy R. Chatman. We will give Mr. Chatman one last opportunity to explain to the Court why we should not dismiss his case. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause served January 23, 2023, is set for hearing at the calendar call during the Court's March 27, 2023, Houston, Texas trial session, scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. in Room 7006, at the Casey U.S. Courthouse, 515 Rusk Street, Houston, TX 77002. Mr. Chatman is advised that he should appear at 10:00 a.m. and show cause at that time, why this case should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
