SUSAN CHATELAIN, Appellant v. GIDEON MATH & READING LLC, Appellee
On Appeal from the 417th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 417-01628-2015
ORDER
Before the Court is the parties' "Agreement/Stipulation Concerning Clerk's Record." The parties ask that we "enter an order deeming Exhibit C filed herewith to be part of the Clerk's Record." The parties state in their motion that Exhibit C was not attached to the Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment at the time the motion was argued.
We construe the Agreement as a motion to supplement the clerk's record. An appellate court may not consider a document that was not before the trial court. See Greystar, LLC v. Adams, 426 S.W.3d 861, 865 (Tex. App.—Dallas 2014, no pet.). Accordingly, we DENY the parties' motion.
