This is one of several consolidated cases set for trial at the Tax Court's session in Philadelphia beginning April 18, 2022. The parties have filed a joint motion for a continuance that asks that the undersigned judge retain jurisdiction. It is

ORDERED that the motion for a continuance is granted, except that because "the parties believe that a trial, should one occur, [should] be scheduled . . . to occur no sooner than June 2023", the undersigned judge does not retain jurisdiction, but rather the case is continued generally.
